About
Leia Layus is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Integral Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. Her clinical approach is integrative and relational, incorporating psychodynamic insight, somatic awareness, and mindfulness-based practices.
She brings a unique interdisciplinary perspective shaped by her background in Eastern philosophy and somatic movement modalities, including yoga and breath-based awareness practices. Leia works collaboratively with clients to increase emotional insight, regulate the nervous system, and build greater capacity for navigating relational and life challenges. Her work is particularly suited for individuals seeking a therapy experience that honors both psychological depth and embodied presence.
